Did you know that the Ojibwe people already used some of the same ingredients for mosquito repellant that we use today? \nFollowing the tour\, we will be able to explore the extensive artifacts displayed around the museum. Director Travis Zimmerman will conclude our time in the museum with a question/answer time informed by his own Indigenous roots. \nFinally\, we will visit the Indian Trading Post\, next door\, to see a rich and beautiful array of Native arts\, writings\, pottery\, jewelry\, and more. \nThis event has been planned by Micah Group: all people at Lord of Life and all community friends are welcome! \nMille Lacs Indian Museum and Trading Post
